DMCA letter to hosting provider

The owner of website [the name keeps in secret] moved my professional consultations and personal info, including private pictures to her website. She knows, this is against the law of any country to violate privacy and post someone else's intellectual property, pictures, and biographical info. I made my DMCA complaint to original hosting provider, it was Ocean Digital, and they demanded the owner of website to remove all my information. She complied with this request for a while, but after that they moved their content to Blue Angel with 100% DMCA ignored. Recently this website became your client.

Her illegal using my reputable name hurts my dignity and business reputation. She has no rights to use my intellectual property, pictures, and personal confidential information on her website.
