QuestionI am an American, my wife is Russian. We were married in Moscow a year and a half ago. She is a resident of Sapin, NOT citizen of Spain. I am neither a resident nor citizen of Spain. She wants to file for divorce here in Spain (I do not want it!). Can she file? Is it legal? She claims it is. I thank you for your response ASAP in advance.
