My wife and I, both English, want to divorce outside of the UK. Can we divorce in Russia? My wife will sign a settlement at her Lawyers and will not travel. We have lived apart for 9 years. Regards

Unfortunately, in your situation it is not possible to divorce in Russia in accordance of law of Russian Federation.
