Divorce isn't such a tragedy. A tragedy's staying in an unhappy marriage, teaching your children the wrong things about love. Nobody ever died of divorce.

Question

Am I have to go to Russia in order to start divorce proceedings in Russian court? Can I retain you as an attorney in Russia and issue a power of attorney in your name. Can I cartify the power of attorney in front of the US notary public? Am I have to arrange an apostille for this power of attorney at secretary of you state to make this document valid outside the USA?

!
Answer

I personally handle divorce cases in Moscow and all over Russia. If you are interested in cooperation, I will send you the text of Power of Attorney agreement, which you will need to fill out. To do that, I need to know the information on the parties involved (last names, first names, addresses - yours and your wife's). Please also send me a copy of the Marriage Certificate, and also let me know who possesses the original Marriage Certificate. I also can prepare, notarize, and arrange an apostille for you, no matter in which state you live.
