QuestionWould America agree to take jurisdiction if we live in Russian with Russian marriage document, but pre-nup is under American law if we file there first?

AnswerI am not familiar with the law United States. If you can submit a divorce suit to the US court or not, only the American lawyer or a representative of the US Embassy in Moscow can answer. According to the Russian law, a Russian citizen has a right for protection in the Russian court irrespectively of the place of his/her place of residence, only on the sign of the citizenship.
