QuestionI am Ukrainian citizen. Is it possible to have 2 residences and 2 visas (to make residence and permanent visa in Russia keeping at the same time my residence (green card) in United States?

AnswerNo, it is impossible. Your Russian residence permit may be revoked if Russian authorities will know that you have a residence somewhere else. I do not exclude that the U.S. law has appropriate rules, and you can lose your residence permit in USA if you receive Russian residents permit.
