AnswerAccording with Article 21 of the Family Code of Russian Federation, the divorce between spouses, who have minor children, can be accomplished by the Court only. In contrast the legislation of most other countries, the Russia Law allows to get a divorce separately from resolving any other matrimonial issues. The former spouses may resolve anything else at any time within separate procedures.
