Question

How does sole custody differ from joint custody in the Russian Federation?

!
Answer

The Russian Law doesn’t provide the definition of the term of the Child Custody. In fact, the parent with whom the child lives has a sole custody. Only if both parent lives together, they have joint custody over their child.
